Randall W. Bramlett

Randall W. Bramlett is a senior nuclear security executive and international advisor with more than 40 years of experience supporting nuclear power utilities, regulatory authorities, and global nuclear security initiatives. His expertise spans nuclear security program development, vulnerability assessments, target set analysis, physical protection systems, regulatory compliance, and security culture within the commercial nuclear power sector.

Mr. Bramlett currently serves as a Senior Security Specialist with Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in Abu Dhabi, where he has supported the development and implementation of the United Arab Emirates’ civil nuclear power program since 2013. In this role, he provides subject matter expertise in nuclear security licensing documentation, regulatory compliance with the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, and strategic development of physical protection and security programs.

Previously, Mr. Bramlett held senior leadership roles at Arizona Public Service’s Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station and served as Senior Security Project Manager at the Nuclear Energy Institute in Washington, D.C., where he coordinated industry-wide nuclear security initiatives and engagement with U.S. federal agencies.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University and is an active member of the World Institute for Nuclear Security and ASIS International. Mr. Bramlett is widely recognized for his leadership in strengthening nuclear security programs and regulatory frameworks across the nuclear industry.
